All sessions are customized to work on your specific needs and personal reasons for smoking. We will work together to come up with the most effective personalized hypnosis session just for you. How long will it take?
If you’re not completely serious, then we suggest you wait until you are. Your resolve to release this habit is key, and it must come from you alone. If you are ready, my program is designed to have you stop smoking in 3 sessions, which is followed up with 1 additional support sessions to be used at any point after the initial sessions. During the follow up session we will work on any triggers you may still be experiencing as well as just feeling more grounded and in control of your new permanent ex-smoker status.
